In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya (Dwitiya Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2006 (Uttar Pradesh Adhiniyam Sankhya 16 of 2006) as passed by the Uttar Pradesh Legislature and assented to by the Governor on May 23, 2006. As per provision, Registrar, Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur would organise U.P.Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test (UPCATET)-2026&nbsp;on rotation for admission in all the programmes of the five agricultural universities of Uttar Pradesh.

👉 For all other undergraduate courses, the candidate&#39;s age should be between 16 to 22 years as on 31st December 2025. SC/ST/OBC candidates will get a 5-year relaxation in the upper age limit.
